UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The amendment of restrictive title deed condition, as set out in 1.1 of the Annexure A, for Erf 1306 Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in 1.2 of the Annexure A, for Erf 1306 Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The amendment of the deletion a condition of an existing approval, as set out in 1.3 of the Annexure A, for Erf 1306 Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. The deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in 1.4 of the Annexure A, for Erf 1306 Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
