That the application for new liquor licence received from NY6 SALOON considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 13 recommends that the application for New Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22030014, for NY6 SALOON BE SUPPORTED,
And also NOTE that the property zoned for General Business (GB4) zone in terms of the Development Management Scheme, and the sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted as a primary land use right.
