The Subcouncil Chairperson said that the official should take the meeting through the presentation. The Department intends to run a public meeting for the Subcouncil. Mr. Daniels said that there is a request to involve stakeholders and how are we going to invite the communities, as we need to this in August. Mr. Daniels to provide a date for the public consultation meeting.
