Cllr Adams asked the Subcouncil Manager to take the meeting through the report. Cllr Adams said that all councillors should be Cllr Moses said that everyone should submit their comments individually and also there are certain things that can be done and also the terms of reference have a set of rules that the rules of order does not support. Mr. Daniels said that the submission should be sent to him on the 27th June 2022. Cllr Cassiem supports the recommendation and for the report to be noted. Cllr Moses seconded the recommendation and noting of the report. RESOLVED That the Review of Subcouncil Rules of Order BE NOTED. . Action: ANTHONY DANIELS
