UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 173153 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for City approvals in terms of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 173153 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
