An administrative penalty in the amount of R15 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4518 Hout Bay with regard to the unauthorised land use in the form of a public restaurant as shown on the plan drawn by Maurice Paliaga, with drawing number A110-1, revision A, dated 2023-08-03.
