a. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 88586 Cape Town at St James, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, to permit building work within a heritage protection overlay zone, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 88586 Cape Town at St James, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
