RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for the rezoning of Erf 3069, Epping Garden Village, from Single Residentail 1(SR1) to General Residential Subzone 2 (GR2) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departures to permit the relaxation of various street building lines as listed in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 3069, Epping Garden Village, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
c. The application for permanent departures in respect of Erf 3069, Epping Garden Village to allow for four additional carriage way crossing on President Reitz Brand Street BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
