RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The Removal of Restrictive Conditions A(4)(a)(b)(d) per title deed 27044/1980 for Erf 616, Eversdale BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. The Deletion of the conditions per paragraph 8.1 above in respect of the township approval relating to Erf 616, Eversdale BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. The Subdivision of Erf 616, Eversdale, into a Portion (1075m²) and Remainder (1463m²) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the subdivision plan per Annexure C and the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Condition 2.1 is amended as follows:
2.1. The subdivision shall be substantially in accordance with the Plan no APS/661/VA/Sub R2, dated January 2022 attached as Annexure C.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons as set out in the planner’s report
