That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 9151 Fish Hoek regarding the unauthorised garage and verandah as shown on the plan drawn by Precision Plans, Revision 1, Sheets 1 and 2, dated 2018-11-07.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
