Subcouncil 6 SUPPORTED and NOTED the report and recommended to the Director Property Management that Erven 5135 and 5136 Bellville, situated at Mable Street, Oakdale, in extent 986 m² respectively and as indicated as ABCDE on plan 130009394 attached as Annexure A to the report, be reserved for the Law Enforcement Department, subject to the following conditions:
 
i.      The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of operational use
       by the Law Enforcement Department only;
 
ii.     The Law Enforcement Department takes responsibility for the required
       land use processes, as well as compliance with legislation related to the
       utilization of the properties and buildings;
 
iii.    The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and
       maintenance of the land and structures erected thereon, including
       maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is
       applicable; and
 
iv.    The cognisance be taken of the internal branch comments listed under;
       Paragraph 9 below; and

v.     That all costs related to the above be provided for the Law Enforcement
          Department.
