First-time property owners in Eastridge, Mitchells Plain receive their title deeds<p>​The City of Cape Town’s Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Management Alderman Grant Twigg, together with Subcouncil 12 chairperson Councillor Solomon Philander, handed over 41 title deeds to property owners who attended the ceremony at Eastridge Community Centre on Wednesday, 19 May 2021.</p><span> <figure class="subtopic-fullsize-img"> <img class="responsive" src="" alt="" style="width:864px;" /> </figure>​</span><p>‘The handing over of title deeds is worth celebrating as some of our most vulnerable residents are being empowered as first-time property owners.
