The Directorate currently has more than 12 000 title deeds on its registry and our Festive Deeds Challenge sets the bar higher, asks us to do more and do things differently. The time is now and we encourage all our beneficiaries to come forward if they were meant to receive a title deed but have never received one. A title deed is so important, it is proof of ownership and property ownership unlocks many opportunities,’ said Councillor Carl Pophaim.
