The programme also allows for networking between artists and creates opportunities to develop skills and explore different genres. We are proud to see so much enthusiasm and the level of expressive freedom. We would like to thank those artists who participated in the programme and wish them luck with their careers,' said Mayoral Committee Member for Community Services and Health, Councillor Patricia van der Ross.
