| City’s WhatsApp channel now available for electricity queries | City’s WhatsApp channel now available for electricity queries | | <img alt="" src="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/cityassets/PublishingImages/City%20news.jpg" style="BORDER:0px solid;" /> | <p>The City of Cape Town’s 24-hour Customer Relations call centre has extended its WhatsApp channel to include electricity related faults and service requests. This channel will make it easier for residents to contact the City and request assistance in this regard. <br></p> | <p>'To log an electricity related service request or fault, residents can simply save 060 018 1505 as a contact on a Smartphone, open the WhatsApp application to initiate a conversation and select the Electricity tab to log the request.
