The incremental upgrade project will provide 51 housing opportunities to residents of the neighbouring informal settlement. <br></p> | <p>Mayoral Committee Member for Human Settlements, Councillor Malusi Booi and officials in Human Settlements visited the area to look at the project’s progress and to provide an update about work to be completed to beneficiaries and the community. <br></p><div>‘The City is pleased to see this project nearing completion which will provide opportunities to the neighbouring community. <br><br><span>
