City’s Mobile Office heads to Goodwood

<p>The details are as follows:<br></p><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Thursday, 9 May 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Goodwood Library Hall in McDonald Street, Goodwood</div><div> <br></div><div>The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. </div><div> </div><div>‘We are bringing the City’s services closer to the Goodwood community to ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.</div><div> <br></div><div>End<br></div>
