City’s Mobile Office goes out to Belhar next week

The details of the visit are as follows:<ul><li>Thursday, 29 August 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30, at the Belhar Chambers next to the Huguenot Square Library, Belhar Drive The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries, including account enquiries. 'I encourage the residents from Belhar to make use of this opportunity to resolve their municipal accounts or to make enquiries about the City's services, as well as to follow up on any outstanding matters. Those who wish to make use of the mobile office services must please remember to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
