City’s Mobile Office coming to Hanover Park and Nooitgedacht

15 April 2024

This week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Hanover Park Civic Centre on Thursday and Nooitgedacht Reading Room on Friday. Residents are encouraged to make use of the City’s services that will be on offer at these two sites.

The details are as follows:

  • Thursday, 18 April 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Hanover Park Civic Centre, Hanover Park Avenue, Hanover Park
  • Friday, 19 April 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Nooitgedacht Reading Room, Makriel Lane, Nooitgedacht

The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

'We are bringing the City's services closer to Hanover Park and Nooitgedacht to ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
