City’s Fish Hoek Customer Interaction Centre moves to bigger premises | <p>The City's Fish Hoek Customer Interaction Centre, situated at the Central Circle in Fish Hoek, will be closed from Friday, 9 August 2024 to relocate to new premises. The new customer centre will be open to members of the public from Tuesday, 13 August 2024 and will be situated in the old Standard Bank building, 77 Main Road in Fish Hoek. The City apologises for any inconvenience caused during this time.</p><p>Customer offices at the Liberty Promenade Mall and Plumstead Centre, among others, will be open on Monday, 12 August 2024.</p><p>'The City is encouraging residents to make use of the convenient e-Services options, check the City's website, or call ahead before visiting the nearest office if they are in doubt. Residents may also settle their municipal account by using the QR code on their invoice, which is embedded with their EasyPay number and outstanding balance, and allows access to the payment portal for an accurate, efficient and secure payment process.</p><p>'We are committed to improving our service offerings and customer service at all customer interaction centres in the metro.
