| City commences with the resurfacing of key roads in Milnerton | City commences with the resurfacing of key roads in Milnerton | | <img alt="" src="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/cityassets/PublishingImages/City%20news.jpg" style="BORDER:0px solid;" /> | <p>The City of Cape Town’s Urban Mobility Directorate advises the public of roadworks along Koeberg Road and Racecourse Road in the Milnerton area. The work commences today, 30 July 2024 and will continue until the first week of September 2024, if all goes as planned. The contractor will be on site between 09:00 and 15:30, Monday to Friday, weather permitting. No night or weekend work will take place, however, residents and business owners can expect some noise during this time. <br></p> | <span><p>Works are scheduled to take place along the following sections of these roads and traffic will be affected:</p><ul><li>Koeberg Road southbound, Racecourse Road to Freedom Way and from Loxton Road to Boundary Road </li><li>Koeberg Road northbound from Zastron to Racecourse Road</li><li>Racecourse Road eastbound and westbound, between Koeberg Road and Otto Du Plessis Drive.<br></li></ul>

We have planned for the works to take place outside of the peak traffic hours, however residents should anticipate some delays and plan accordingly,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, Councillor Rob Quintas.</p>
