Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.<br></p><div><br><br></div><p><br></p> | <p>The details are as follows:<br></p><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Tuesday, 27 June 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Edgemead Hall, 100 Edgemead Drive, Edgemead</div><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Thursday, 29 June 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Richwood Sport & Recreation Centre, 28 Richwood Avenue, Richwood</div><div><br></div><div>The intention is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities, such as housing and sub-council offices or Free Call lines.</div><div> </div><div>The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. </div><div><br></div><div>To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.</div><div> </div><div>‘We are bringing the City’s services to Edgemead and Richwood to ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal matters you have wanted to address.
