City advises of low water pressure or possible supply disruption in the Durbanville, Fisantekraal, Philadelphia, Klipheuwel, Contermanskloof, Wellington and Hermon areas <p>​The work will require that the plant be shut down on Wednesday, 7 April 2021 from 09:00 until 14:00.  </p><p>The City has planned to reduce the impact of the work on consumers as far as possible. This includes filling the reservoirs supplied by the Voëlvlei Water Treatment Plant to maximum capacity in advance.
