The application for extension of trading hours from 02:00 – 04:00, ON CONSUMPTION, submitted by DECODANCE, 120 MAIN ROAD, SEA POINT, as well as the various comments received, BE REFUSED, due to the fact that the area is predominately residentially zoned and it will not be in the public best interest to grant the extension.
