RESOLVED
 

• On page 19, Station & Business Hives – Erf 493 that it be referred to the Provincial Government, the Premiers office, Mr Donald Grant for their consideration;

• On page 20, the additional land acquired from Transnet/Spoortnet/Propnet to accommodate Infrastructure for Steam Train including for additional Hives and Community Business to be referred to Provincial Government; Mr Donald Grant.

• On page 21, Steam Train also be referred to Provincial Government, Mr Donald Grant.

• On page 25, Sir Lowry’s Pass Heritage Route be referred to the Economic & Tourism Development for their discussion.

• On page 29, Die Ou Tappie Building be referred to Economic & Tourism Development.

• On page 30, Old Post Office and page 31, Bo Pas Tourism Precinct Hub be referred to Provincial Government.

• On page 37, Sir Lowry’s Pass Tourism Initiative: Business Plan be referred to Provincial Government and Economic & Tourism Development;

• That this document the Sir Lowry’s Pass Tourism Initiative: Business Plan be referred to Safety & Security Directorate as there is a request for CCTV cameras roll-out for consideration.

• On page 129, Municipal Planning Tribunal a housing project proposed can be referred to Human Settlements Department.

• That the entire document be fed into the Spatial Development Framework for the attention of Nigel Titus
