UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for amendment and deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 420 Bergvliet BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for amendment and deletion of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 420 Bergvliet BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place of instruction on Erf 420 Bergvliet BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 420 Bergvliet BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
Annexure A:
Correct condition 1.5.1 as follows:
1.5.1 Consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place of instruction on the property and is restricted to a maximum of 2 years from the date of approval.
Delete condition 2.4
Delete condition 2.7
Delete the ‘note’ subsequent to condition 2.7
