That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 159164 Cape Town at Diep River in respect of the building work as per the plan drawn by Lightspace, drawing number A_0001, revision 2, dated 15-02-2019 as well as non-compliance with conditions of approval relating to the ceding of land to the Council, roller shutter doors along Mile End Road, loading from Mile End Road, secure vehicle access enclosures, compliance with a site development plan, and permitted floor area.
