UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erven 87116 and 87117 Cape Town at Muizenberg for the unauthorised building work in accordance with the plan drawn by BC Design with Drawing no 2019/19004/01, dated 2019-02-19.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
