UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 29 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129(7)(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised use of the property for permanent occupation and unauthorised building work on Remainder Erf 1845 Hout Bay, as shown on the plan drawn by Duncan Bates Professional Land Surveyors with drawing number 2718/05/15 - Topocadastral, Revision 1, dated 10 March 2017.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
