UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Council’s approval and departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1088 Tamboerskloof, 16 Belle Ombre Road BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add 7.1.8:
The parking provision is considered to be reasonable
Amend Annexure A:
1.4 Item 137: To permit 4 on-site parking bays in lieu of 10 on-site parking bays required for the 7-bedroom guesthouse, together with the manager’s accommodation
2.2 A maximum number of 7 bedrooms shall be used for the accommodation of paying guests or lodgers.
