UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the rezoning from Local Business (LB2) to General Residential (GR4) of Portion of Remainder Erf 1208 Sea Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for permanent departures as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 1208 Sea Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. The application for City approval as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 1208 Sea Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Annexure A:
Correct condition 2.1(a) as follows:
2.1 Prior to the submission of building plans, the owner shall submit a Site Development Plan (SDP) to the approval of the authorised official: Development Management. Such SDP shall be substantially in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C and shall also show:
(a) A minimum building line of 1.2m which shall apply along the south-eastern common boundary with Re- Erf 691 in terms of the second storey and the storeys above it
