In view of the above it is recommended that:
a) Subcouncil 17 support the motion to rename the current Subcouncil 17 to Lentegeur Subcouncil.

Cllr Jansen reported the naming committee convened 29 January 2025 and the item was not on the agenda and the next meeting is scheduled for the 27 February 2025.
Mr. Rorwana said he would follow up with the line department.
