RESOLVED
It is recommended that Erf 142870 Cape Town measuring approximately 1.24
ha in extent, indicated as ABCDEFGHJKLM on plan 130010564 marked as
Annexure A, be reserved for the Human Settlements Directorate (Housing
Development Department), subject to the following conditions:
a) The subject property shall be utilised for the development of low cost
housing only;
b) The Housing Development Department takes responsibility for the
required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related
legislation;
c) The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management,
maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon,
including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content
insurance, as is applicable;
d) That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Housing
Development Department.
