The Subcouncil Manager, Goodman Lulamile Rorwana reported that the request for inclusion of camp sites A, B and C was not supported. Refer to the comment submitted by line: (page 82)
“Note that Blue Waters Resort and its associated infrastructure is to be transferred to Biodiversity Management for management by expected date July 2025.
We Biodiversity Management will embark on a feasibility marketing and development scoping framework and plan for all of the resorts and its associated infrastructure that is to transferred to Biodiversity Management Branch (Zandvlei Caravan Park, Blue Waters Resort, - Macassar Resort, Koegelbaai Resort and Silverstroom Resort).
We do not have timeframes to give you and anything regarding Blue Waters Resort and camps will fall within this framework.”
