RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
i) That the content of the report on the C3 Notification for the month of October 2024 BE NOTED;
ii) That Subcouncil 2 engage with the relevant department in order to engage with the responsible department, Urban Waste Management to
engage with the service provider to be more cautious on how they empty these refuge bins in order not to be the cause of residents lodging these kind of complaints.
