UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for consolidation, as set out on Annexure A, for Erven 1598 and 1599 Fresnaye BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per the consolidation diagram in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.




REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report

AMEND CONDITIONS:
Delete condition 2.1 and amend numbering sequence accordingly
Add new paragraph 2.4 to read as follows:
2.4 In addition to the base level and height referred to in 2.1 above, the applicant shall provide a contour plan from a registered land surveyor to verify the base level and heights of the erven prior to building plan submission to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management
