The completed form must be returned to the same email address. </p><h2 class="sectHeading">Upcoming objections<br></h2><p>At the end of July 2025, owners of properties valued in SV02/GV2022 will also be given an opportunity to submit an objection against the SV02/GV2022 value. </p><p> In July 2025, a notice will be posted to every property valued in the SV02/GV2022 to advise of the objection period as well as the process for submitting the objection form.</p> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note">​​​</i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>SV02/GV2022 DISPUTES</h4><p> Only selected properties are being valued on the SV02/GV2022 Roll. <br><br>If your property was valued on SV02/GV2022, you have a right to submit a REVIEW immediately, before the expiry date indicated on your notice. <br><br>You will be able to submit an OBJECTION in July 2025 if you disagree with your valuation on the SV02/GV2022 roll. <br></p></div></div></span> <p> <strong></strong> </p><h2 class="sectHeading">Past objections<br></h2><p> <strong>All GV2018-related valuation rolls have been completed, and the objection periods for these rolls are closed. </strong></p><p>Objections against GV2018-related valuations are no longer being accepted. </p><p>Our valuer are completing the last remaining disputes which have been received against the GV2018-related valuation rolls. <br></p><p>If you have submitted a dispute against your property value on any of the rolls mentioned above, you will receive a decision from the City as soon as your dispute is resolved. Until then, you are urged to continue paying the rates for the property as indicated on your municipal account.
