The completed form must be returned to the same email address.</p><p>At the end of July 2023, owners of properties valued in SV05/GV2018 will also be given an opportunity to submit an objection against the SV05/GV2018 value. </p><p>A notice will be posted to every property valued in the SV05/GV2018 in July 2023 to advise of the objection period as well as the process for submitting the objection form.<br></p><p></p> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note">​​​</i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>SV05/GV2018 DISPUTES</h4><p> Only selected properties are being valued on the SV05/GV2018 Roll. <br> <br>If your property was valued on SV05/GV2018, you have a right to submit a REVIEW immediately, before the expiry date indicated on your notice. <br> <br>You will be able to submit an OBJECTION in July 2023 if you disagree with your valuation on the SV05/GV2018 roll. <br></p></div></div></span> <p> <strong></strong> </p><h2 class="sectHeading">Past objections<br></h2><h4>The following rolls for the GV2018 cycle have already been completed:</h4><ul><li>GV2018 Roll</li><li>SV01/GV2018</li><li>SV02/GV2018</li><li>SV03/GV2018 <br></li><li>SV04/GV2018<br></li></ul><p> <strong>The objection periods for these rolls are closed.</strong></p><ul><li> <a href="" target="_blank" id="gv2018-1">View the GV2018 Roll online</a><br></li></ul><p>If you objected to your property value on any of the rolls mentioned above, you will receive a decision from the City as soon as your objection is resolved. Until then, you are urged to continue paying the rates for the property as indicated on your municipal account.<br></p><p>Should you disagree with your property valuation and you have missed the objection period, you may request for the property to be revalued in a Supplementary Valuation, at a fee.
