RESOLVED
It be recommended that:
a) Subcouncil 20 support and recommend to Council, that the projects listed below be cancelled and the funds be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.
CPX.0036844-F1 Keurboom Park - Well Point (R130 000)
WPX.0014931 Seniors Programmes - Ward 62 (R50 000)
WPX.0014809 Youth Programmes - Ward 62 (R50 000)
WPX.0014178 NW Equipment - Ward 63 (R80 000)
WPX.0014188 NW Equipment - Ward 71 (R30 000)
WPX.0014634 Southfield Lib - Mobile Science Cen Prog (R8 000)
b) Subcouncil 20 support and recommend to Council, that the amount of R78 565 forthcoming from 2023/24 capital balances, and the amount of R349 205 forthcoming from project cancellations and a budget reduction, be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.
c) The new projects and 2024/25 budget amendments, be included in the January 2025 Adjustment Budget.
