RESOLVED that:
It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Winebulance was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 20 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24090027, for the business Winebulance at 8 OSBORNE CLAREMONT BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS:
The application is supported with the following conditions:
1. That the applicant makes right the consent use requirements,
2. That no alcohol is stored on the property,
3. That no alcohol deliveries are made to, or from, the property.
