It is recommended that:
a) The Subcouncils consider commenting on the Draft Universal Access Policy for an Accessible Transport System in the City of Cape Town (Annexure A).
b) Subcouncil 20 note the Public Participation Plan for the Draft Universal Access Policy for an Accessible Transport System in the City of Cape Town (Annexure B).
