(a) That the request for implementing traffic calming measures, in Nuttal Road, Observatory as per the Annexure attached to the report BE NOTED.
(b) That the request in (a) above NOT BE REFERRED to the Transport Department for a technical assessment, due to the following:

The request has been previously dealt with and there are 3 speed humps in the road
