RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from CLIFTON EATERY was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24080017, for the business CLIFTON EATERY at 49 VICTORIA CLIFTON, BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS;
Subject to:

NO alcohol sales when there are no meals available to order.

Alcohol not being sold later than 20:00.

NO music at all, since this restaurant is ion very close proximity to a residential area.

NO background music or any other music as this is an open air restaurant with no way to limit the impact on residents and surrounding neighbours.
