RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from EIGHTY 2 ON M was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24080007, for the business EIGHTY 2 ON M at 82 MAIN SEA POINT, BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS;
Subject to:

Completion of construction of the premises.

Submission of a clear trading area floor plan.

Any approval being conditional on the transfer to a new operator within 30 days of commencement.
