Resolution detail

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of City land, erven 1117, 1118, 1119,
remainder Erf 1120 and 1098 Cape Town, situated on the corner of Castle and
Buitengracht Streets, Cape Town shown hatched and lettered ABCDEF on the
attached plan 130009250 marked annexure A, in extent approximately ± 845 m²
to Klue Enterprises (Pty) Ltd or their successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to
the following condition:
 
a)    The rental tariff of R12 700.00 per month, per the report, be reduced by at least 50%;
b)    The property to be used for gardening, security and dog urban park purposes only;
c)     The subject property should remain open to the general public at all times;
d)    Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Transactions in terms of his delegated authority;
e)    Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
f)     No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
