RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of a portion of City land, being a portion Erf 168228 Cape Town, 45 Montreal Road, Mowbray, shown hatched and lettered ABCDEFGH on the attached sketch marked Annexure A, in extent
approximately 5.38 m², to Rich Rewards Leasing (Pty) Ltd, BE DEFERRED due to the following:
a) Additional information is provided regarding the lessee;
b) The rental tariff be substantially increased.
