RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of a portion of City land, being a portion of Erf 24-RE Camps Bay, situated at 169B Camps Bay Drive, Bakoven (off Sedgemoor Road) shown hatched and lettered ABCDEFGHJKLM on the attached sketch marked annexure A, in extent approximately 6m², to Vodacom (Pty) Ltd, BE REFUSED due to the following:
a) The 82 objections received during the public participation process;
b) The viability of the land to be used.
