Resolution detail

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of a portion of City land, being a portion of Erf 1243-RE Vredehoek, situated at 15B Clairwood Avenue, Vredehoek shown hatched and lettered ABCD, EFGH and JKLM on the attached sketch marked annexure A, in extent approximately 6.54 m², to Rich Rewards Leasing (Pty) Ltd, BE DEFERRED subject to the following conditions:

1. For additional information, such as proof of public participation;
2. A site visit with the relevant role-players, namely; Gary Dammert, Cllr Francine Higham, Girshwin Fouldien, et al.
