RESOLVED that:

Subcouncil 16 SUPPORT AND RECOMMEND to Council the allocation of funds to the various ward projects as set out in Annexures A and B in the 2024/25 Budget.

The project scope for Ward 115 Company Gardens - Repairs & Maintenance project (reference WO16115208) include “The Woodland Walkway” and not simply walkway.

The scope for Rent-a-Cop - Ward 57 project (reference WO1657202) clarifies that a hired vehicle be included per rent-a-cop.
