a.)             That the content of the report regarding Mobile                     Business Policy: Informal Trading By-Law Amendment            and Mobile Business Trading Areas, BE NOTED.
 
b.)              That the report regarding the Mobile Business Policy:                                                  Informal Trading By-Law Amendment and Mobile                                             Business Trading Areas, BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward                                                 Committees and organisations listed on the                                                        Community Organisations Database for                                                             input/ comment;
 
c.)            The Councillors SUBMIT comments on the proposals            within the timeframes and methods advertised from 15 May 2023 to 19 June 2023.
 
The line departments present the process and proposals to the Sub Council at the next meeting.
