It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor application was received from CHECKERS LIQUORSHOP SOMERSET MALL - LLA22120015 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority on Friday, 12 May 2023 and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA22120015, for the business CHECKERS LIQUORSHOP SOMERSET MALL, BE SUPPORTED.
